Closed/Waiting for Resettlement: Asylum seekers who was granted refugee status and they will be resettled in a safe country like Canada and the USA soon or they already resettled and their file are successfully closed.

We assist with the completion of  immigration forms, counseling for the immigration interview, expediting the embassy’s processing of files where too much time is required, resolving case issues and bureaucratic hurdles, follows up with government agencies where can, at times, take up to two years delay, and provide resources about settlement in Canada and the USA, and counseling about what to expect, how to adapt to their new life.

IRQR is presently working to strengthen partnerships in resettlement countries to better provide post-settlement support to individuals granted resettlement in Canada and ease them through the transition to life in their new home.
